Amber Oquendo, a financial and mortgage lending expert starts a new job role as Mortgage Loan Originator to help people in Idaho makes informed decisions on home loan products. The decision comes at a crucial time when people seek quality education and support to guide their home purchase processes, even after closing.

While addressing the press on what motivates her, Amber said, “I was a single mother of 2 living with my sister because things were tight financially. But after staying for 10 months with her, I focused on rebuilding my credit so I could buy a home for my family. I realized how empowering it was the moment I was handed the keys to my property. I already had many years in the financial industry but had not yet specialized in Mortgage Lending. That experience inspired me to get my Loan Originator License to help others achieve the same goal, even when that goal seems unattainable.”

She promises to help with in-house credit building, reverse mortgages, and full support from start to finish. Potential homeowners would also have the option to meet face-to-face and ask questions to rule out some misconceptions about mortgage lending and the home loan process.

Commenting on her new job role as Mortgage Loan Originator, Amber explained that “Home buying in Idaho seems to be getting harder and harder to do in the past few years, and I want to make it simpler. If I could do it, then anyone can.”
