Andrew Williames, is a serial entrepreneur with broad and deep experience in all facets of real estate development, including having built his own real estate portfolio. Andrew has served as an advisor in the planning and development of cities in North America and East Africa; he has also worked alongside government and business leaders in creating sustainable business models within developing countries.

With his skillsets of leadership, vision, strategy, building meaningful network of professionals, he now joins Miotti Partners Capital. Miotti Partners Capital is a real estate investment company that offers a revolutionary model of diversification, growth, and income while hedging against risk.

His career gained momentum many years ago at the age of 25 when he built relationships to purchase and manage tranches of 30 properties at a time from banks to rehab, sell and/or rent. Even before the age of 30, he was mentored by one of Chicago-lands premier commercial real estate developers to take over the business he started. As Andrew’s business expanded, he worked with international partners in the acquisition and development of land in Africa, Asia and the U.S.

Outside of the real estate industry, Andrew is the founder, co-founder or owner/advisor of multiple companies in the fields of health & wellness, technology, executive coaching, agriculture and leadership consulting as well as the founder of a global non-profit platform to launch businesses in developing countries while mentoring the next generation of leaders. Having such exposures and connections, the doors have opened for Andrew to work with members of the U.S. Congress, international diplomats, and business leaders around the world to create sustainable business solutions in developing or recently war-torn countries such as Kosovo, Liberia, and around East Africa.

With over 2 decades of professional, entrepreneurial experience, Andrew embarks on a new path in the real estate industry by joining Miotti Partners Capital as a Managing Partner.
