EduSigner Empowers People to Serve From a Place of Healing

Lead by educator, researcher, and change maker, Dr. Ashley Smith, EduSigner helps people lead, love, learn, and listen from a place of healing. With healing as the strong foundation of her mission, Ashley is launching a masterclass and a new course to encourage more people to choose themselves and start working around the situations they are in. She believes, the environment that we work and live in will not drastically change overnight, the conditions have to intentionally be created.
The DIY Equity Audit Masterclass was created to educate, engage, and empower everyone to make data-driven decisions within their areas of influence. Particularly, this masterclass tackles topics on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Generally, Ashley would like this course to be an instrument for people to learn more as they overcome their feelings of being uncomfortable as they push for change within their organizations.
As Ashley desires to spark change in every person she meets, she is also launching an online course that focuses on concrete capacity-building experiences for educators. This course is perfect for teachers or professors, administrators, and service providers or support staff. Anyone can make a bigger impact and EduSigner acknowledges that people need proven-processes to follow. It is called the Empowering Educator Experience after all. With phases that move from Awareness, Action, to Accountability, and Assessment, interested learners who will participate in this course are guaranteed to become a better leader, equipped with the right skills to make their environments more equitable for others.
